For the last 20 years, I have been turning complex challenges that Pharmaceutical and Medical Device businesses face, into practical solutions. I have striven to bridge science and strategy thereby helping companies navigate the path from the lab to market. My journey has taken me through several therapeutic landscapes—Cardiovascular & Renal Metabolism (CVRM), Solid Tumours, Immunology, Respiratory diseases etc. Each step has taught me that, behind every molecule lies a story waiting to be told, and I’ve made it my mission to shape each of those stories in ways that change lives and build brands. Over the years, I’ve worked on several projects across three key areas. At the corporate level, I support clients in assessing partnering opportunities, engage with potential partners, and facilitate negotiations. I also help disease strategy teams set clear, achievable goals, optimize portfolios, and achieve cross-functional alignment. At the product level, I deliver customer and competitive insights, help build brand proposition and shape the clinical and market strategies towards long-term success.
