Responsible for product launches (glucose monitors, digital diabetes management) in the EMEA and Latin America countries as well as of interface management with regard to global product development. Led three working groups which include country, marketing and sales managers, heads of medical affairs as well as market access.
Main responsibilities: definition of the regional portfolio, management of annual business plans, introduction of glucose monitors and digital solutions (e.g. product positioning and market entry strategies, development of app-based business models and a digital strategy for diabetes management, defining new glucose monitors) and development of the global vision 2025 etc.
