Claudia has more than 23 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative market research and audience research; with experience in different segments, methodologies and techniques (children, teenagers, young adults, media, food industry, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, pharmaceutical industry, cosmetics and personal care products, among others).
She completed several postgraduate studies at ITAM and some other institutions related to the Marketing Research Industry such as the Burke Institute, among others. He has participated in several congresses and forums such as ESOMAR and AMAI.
She has worked in several research companies: Gallup, TNS/Research International and IBOPE AGB and Brain; being in charge of both qualitative and quantitative AAA accounts at national, regional and global level; coordinating mixed research teams. At TV Azteca Claudia leads the market research area, integrating the areas of Audience, Content Analysis and ad hoc studies.
