- Extensive understanding of logistics for clinical trials gained from working in different roles in a CRO clinical logistics department
- Profound Project Management skills and experience of working to tight time lines
- Profound human resources management skills
- Extensive experience of working in and leading of global teams based in the EU, Eastern Europe, USA, APAC and Latin America
- Good GMP, GDP and GCP knowledge
- Profound experience of presenting to internal and external stakeholders
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Multilingual: Fluent in English and German, Basic Russian
- Solid experience in use and setup of IVRS/IWRS and drug demand calculation
- Extensive knowledge of Third Party Supplier setup and management
- Solid experience in finance processes to enable in time supplier payments
- Profound process management and optimizations skills
