Leandro Gaspar, currently I&A Director, Global Competitive Insights & Analytics at Reckitt is a very experienced Insights professional with a career spanning over three decades, mostly dedicated to Business Intelligence, Consumer Insights, Data Analytics and Competitive Intelligence. He brings a lot of knowledge from both Pharma industry and Consumer Healthcare, having worked for large corporations like Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS), Sanofi/Opella and more recently Reckitt, where he has led the global competitive insights busy agenda for the last 4 years.
Leandro is extremely passionate for Strategy & Innovation and constantly pushing the boundaries on how his team can further stretch data and insights to better support business decisions. In his current role, amongst other things, he has the mandate to provide strategic guidance for the business, leveraging insights and foresights at corporate level as well as support business growth and innovation across Reckitt’s Core categories.
His industry knowledge and professional versatility enabled him to produce consistent, remarkable and awarded outcomes over the years, both in terms of process improvement (BI Dashboards / CI platforms) as well as business impact (White Space Opportunity Assessments, NPD identification, M&A activities).
