Leading a team of 3 people to support Amadeus strategy by providing actionable intelligence on the external environment and competition with the goal to:
• Identify key developments impacting Amadeus competitive positioning and actively communicate insights & intelligence to raise awareness throughout the company. (From CEO to business units)
• Deliver strategic analysis of key competitors positioning.
• Provide insights on disruptive trends and support internal innovation process.
• Manage ad-hoc consultancy services within Amadeus, manage and collaborate with external companies on specific CI projects.
• Drive competitive intelligence culture, methodology guidance and best practices acting as a central point of expertise across different business units.
