My responsibility is to support the perfumery and flavour creation team at Firmenich by architecting, delivering and supporting enterprise level applications. Evaluate new tools and technologies available in the market and advise higher management to incorporate them for better applications and processes. Working as a lead to setup a Centre of Excellence and Innovation Lab for the organization to focus on digital transformation and bringing in the culture of Innovation. Interacting with business regularly to understand the pain points and new idea for automation and looking for innovation opportunities. Looking at new ways of data gathering, data processing and data transformation for implementing business analytics and providing meaningful insights for business to frame their strategies.
