In this role, he provides strategic analytics and market intelligence to support business growth and innovation across Reckitt’s consumer healthcare portfolio. With a career spanning over three decades in the pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare industries, Leandro brings deep expertise in competitive assessment, strategic planning, and market research. Prior to joining Reckitt, Leandro spent more than 14 years at Sanofi as Market Intelligence Lead, Consumer Market Insights, where he was instrumental in delivering actionable insights and guiding strategic decisions across various therapeutic areas. Before that, he was working in various business intelligence positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb for over 11 years, where he supported commercial strategies through robust analytics and forecasting.
